It's pretty simple, no complicate setting up and very easy to store. It is also smaller than other treadmill which fits my home and exercise style perfectly. However, my 259 pound cousin tried it and it doesn't work very well for him. I'm only 178 pounds so it's fine, but not recommended for people over 200-250 pounds.
